The Housing Authority of the County of Santa Clara:
The Housing Authority of the County of Santa Clara oversaw the construction of the Opportunity Center.  It’s property management company (PMI) manages the apartments at the Opportunity Center.

Corporation for Supportive Housing:
The Corporation for Supportive Housing is a national nonprofit organization and Community Development Financial Institution that helps communities create permanent housing with services to prevent and end homelessness.

Palo Alto Housing Corporation: 
Palo Alto Housing Corporation's mission is to foster, develop, acquire, and manage low- and moderate-income housing in Palo Alto and the San Francisco Bay Area.
